Developed the internal conference management platform for EthCC operations, building V1 from scratch and then re- architecting V2 as a reusable multi-event, SaaS-style platform.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Built V1 from scratch, then re-architected V2 into a reusable multi-event platform model. Supported operations around 1,200 speaker applications, 6,500 attendees, 400+ speakers and 250+ side events. Modelled RBAC around organizations, teams, roles and access levels. Built the SvelteKit internal platform used by a 30-person event team. Integrated the Next.js public website with structured event data and publishing workflows. Integrated Strapi CMS, Firebase Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions and Storage. Set up GitHub Actions CI/CD for repeatable delivery. Provided code reviews and mentored a second developer.
